{television} babylon five; season one (1994)

Humans and aliens live an uneasy peace at Babylon 5, a 23rd century space station run by President John J. Sheridan (Bruce Boxleitner). The first season of episodes (22 in all) covers a wide array of topics, including political persecution, alcoholism, seductive slaves, religion and the ways of the Narn.

My rating: * Horrible show. Insufferable. Couldn't even sit though the pilot movie, "The Gathering." Then, I couldn't sit through the first regular episode in the series. Horrible story, horrible characters, and horrible actors. Just horrible. Actually made me appreciate Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, my least favorite Star Trek series.
