{movie} the sentinel (2006)

When a government agent is murdered in the nation's capital, special agent Pete Garrison (Michael Douglas) is arrested and relieved of his duties. But he can't shake the feeling that he's been set up as part of a neo-Nazi plan to infiltrate the White House. As Garrison works to prove his innocence -- and protect the president (David Rasche) and first lady (Kim Basinger) -- he butts heads with his ambitious young protege (Kiefer Sutherland).

ireviewnetflix.com rating: *** Not that great. Slow at times, but exciting and interesting at others. I loved the cast and the story, but the slow moments hurt it sometimes. Over it all, it was just all right.
