{movie} terror in the mall (1998)

Dr. Sheri Maratos (Shannon Sturges) just wanted to do some last-minute shopping for her husband's birthday, but her trip to the shopping mall takes a dangerous turn when torrential rains cause a dam to break. Trapped inside the mall by raging floodwaters, Sheri and five other strangers must fight to stay alive … and to make matters worse, a cold-blooded killer lurks among them!

ireviewnetflix.com rating: ** Didn't hate it, but didn't like it that much either. I was hoping for more, but like many in the made-for-tv-movie genre, this was was fun, but with little substance. I didn't really care about the characters and was basically watching for the action, even though there wasn't much of that either.
