If a home is a man's palace, the king of this one -- delivery driver Doug Heffernan (Kevin James) -- has lost control of his subjects. In a household that includes his wife, Carrie (Leah Remini), and her widowed father, Arthur (Jerry Stiller), chaos rules. In Season 5, Carrie has a run-in with a breast-obsessed child; Doug gets a sexy bowling mate; and the Heffernans lock horns with their smarty-pants neighbors (Michael Lowry and Marcia Cross).

ifreethought.com rating: **** This show has lasted almost ten years and is still on the air because it's consistantly funny. I just found out that their upcoming 9th season will also be their final season when they return as a midseason replacement next year. It's never won any awards and it's never been in the top ten, but who cares. It's always a fun show. Every episode provides great laughs.
