Detective Lilly Rush (Kathryn Morris) finally finds her niche within the male-dominated Philadelphia homicide department by taking on unsolved murders that have eluded her predecessors: the so-called "cold case" files. She soon discovers, however, that trying to resuscitate details for events long forgotten or buried is much harder than she first thought -- though the rewards are bigger than she ever expected. Co-stars John Finn and Danny Pino.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: **** My new favorite show. Great series with compelling and captivating storytelling. The entire cast is great and has wonderful chemisty, but without a doubt the star is Kathryn Morris, a great actress who is WAY underrated. The period soundtracks for each episode are great as well. Also love how the flashback scenes feature film styles of the time. Love the unsolved mystery being solved angle.
