{television} jag; season one (1995)

This long-running drama series stars David James Elliott as Lt. Harmon Rabb Jr., a former U.S. Navy fighter pilot turned investigator and litigator of crimes perpetrated by military personnel. No matter what the misdeed or who the culprit, Rabb is on the case -- and he won't quit until justice and truth are served. All 21 installments from the Emmy Award-winning program's premier season are included.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: ** (Actually 2.5) From the long and boring pilot movie on, I just couldn't get into this show. There were some good episodes. "Shadow", "Brig Break", "Scimitar", and "Hemlock" were excellent, but it took awhile into the season for the episoes to get good. The rest of them were just all right. It was mostly background noise for me during work. It's just not my kind of show as much as I liked the two leads (David James Elliott and Tracey Needham). I will check out season two as I hear the show gets better as it goes on.
