{movie} six days, seven nights (1998)

Oil and water meet in the form of adventurous pilot Quinn Harris (Harrison Ford) and coiffed fashion editor Robin Monroe (Anne Heche) when the two end up stranded on an island after their plane crashes in bad weather. At first, the polar opposites can barely contain their contempt for each other, but in time they begin working together to find a way out of their mess -- and may even fall in love -- in director Ivan Reitman's romantic comedy.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: *** A fun little romantic comedy with Harrison Ford and Anne Heche during her lesbian years with Ellen DeGeneres. Heche actually announced that she was a lesbian shortly after being cast: a decision named by the magazine Total Film as the 10th "dumbest decision in movie history", given the mainly heterosexual target audience for the romantic comedy. Aside from that fact, this is still an enjoyable film.
