{movie} giuliani time (2005)

Rudy Giuliani catapulted to international fame (that had even Queen Elizabeth fawning over him) upon helming the post-9/11 relief effort. The former mayor of New York City is also credited with cleaning up the streets of the Big Apple during the 1990s. But Kevin Keating's exposé tells a different story -- one of First Amendment transgressions and police brutality -- through interviews with legal experts, activists and even the homeless.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: *** I've said time and time before: Rudy Guiliani ran America for a moment during 9/11 while Bush was reading to first graders...so what?! He did some good in New York, but I don't think he's capable of tackling the problems in America. He stands no chance in hell of becoming President in 2008 and I hope he saves his money. This movie details completly both the good albeit by some misguided means, and the bad that Giuliani did during his time as Mayor of New York. And anyone that Donald Trump endorses automatically loses my vote.
