{movie} the return (2006)

After being plagued by horrific nightmares about the murder of a young woman she's never met, successful sales rep Joanna Mills (Sarah Michelle Gellar) sets out on a quest to track the source of her fears. Meanwhile, she remains estranged from her emotionally distant father (Sam Shepard) and is being relentlessly stalked by her unstable ex-boyfriend (Adam Scott). Asif Kapadia helms this big-screen horror thriller.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: * I got the movie because I loved Sarah Michelle Gellar in Buffy The Vampire Slayer, but unfortunately she can't seem to do anything better than Buffy. This movie wasn't anything spectacular or anything that will be remembered or anything that Gellar will be remembered for. The pacing was slow and the story was boring. Halfway through, I stopped the movie as all interest was lost.
