In this sci-fi favorite filled with eerie aliens and outer space fascination, a small crew of mismatched adventurers rides in and out of the galaxy, attempting to restore justice and peace in the universe. The syndicated series stars Richard Dean Anderson, Amanda Tapping, and Don S. Davis and is based on the feature film starring Kurt Russell.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: *** Just as enjoyable as the first season, if not slightly better, Stargate is a solid science fiction show with a solid cast and solid stories in every episode. It's no Star Trek (even though the stories are sometimes eerily familiar to some Star Trek episodes), but it's better than most of the really bad science fiction shows I've seen in the past.
