{movie} into the fire (2005)

The lives of three perfect strangers intersect on a tragic evening following the crash of a jumbo jet near a New York airport. There's Walter Hartwig Jr. (Sean Patrick Flanery), an officer with the New York City Harbor Unit; Catrina Hampton (Melina Kanakaredes), the underachieving sister of a successful twin; and June Sickles (JoBeth Williams), a grandmother grieving the loss of her son. But just how they'll connect is a matter of fate.
