{television} sleeper cell; season one (2005)

Showtime's timely -- and provocative -- series brings the war on terrorism home, charting the lives and activities of four Islamic extremists intent on causing destruction and panic in post-Sept. 11 Los Angeles. Ordinary and innocuous on the surface, the deadly quartet includes charismatic Arab leader Farik, all-American boy Tommy, former skinhead Christian and Darwyn, an undercover FBI agent charged with infiltrating the terrorist cell.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: *** (Actually 3.5) This was a really good show. Much better than I was anticipating. A look inside a terrorist organization in America. The cast is phenomenal and the episodes are great. Michael Ealy is gorgeous and great in his role as the agent on the inside. Alex Nesic is gorgeous as well. Oded Fehr is also wonderful as always.
