Teen sensation Amanda Bynes stars as Holly Tyler, a free-spirited 16-year-old who moves into her sister Valerie's (Jennie Garth) New York digs and proceeds to turn the straitlaced 28-year-old's life upside down. With Holly's impulsiveness and Valerie's practicality, cohabitating may be trying, but ultimately, they always care for each other with strong doses of sisterly love. The comedy series also stars Simon Rex and Wesley Jonathan.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: **** I really enjoyed this cute sitcom about two sisters moving in together. Amanda Bynes has actually matured into a very good little comedienne. And Jeannie Garth does surprisingly well in the genre. Simon Rex is also great in his role as Garth's boyfriend. The show has many great comedic moments and Bynes is like a little Lucille Ball.
