Welcome back to Stars Hollow, The Dragonfly Inn, Luke's Diner and all the other haunts of your favorite characters for the seventh season of this inspired dramatic comedy. Armed with their witty rejoinders and obscure pop culture references, Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel) are back to take on more of life's pleasures and pains. Also returning are co-stars Scott Patterson, Edward Hermann, Kelly Bishop and Melissa McCarthy.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: **** (Actually 3.5) I was disappointed by the series finale. While I know they didn't know it was going to be a series finale, I was also kind of disappointed in the last episode as a season finale. The executives of the CW could have given a little more respect to the only show that did so much for the WB for so many years. This season was a bit flat for me and if this wasn't going to be the last season, it was clear the show wasn't going to last past another season. I don't know if this is David Rosenthal's fault, but one can only assume. There's been talk of a TV movie and I hope it happens because I need some closure.
