Life is anything but dull for business owner and suburbanite Bill Henrickson (Bill Paxton) -- who has his hands full trying to keep three wives (Jeanne Tripplehorn, Chloe Sevigny and Ginnifer Goodwin) happy in this edgy cable series. Follow the joys and sorrows of the busy clan of polygamists as they continue to laugh and love in the show's second season. Bruce Dern, Harry Dean Stanton, Melora Walters and Mary Kay Place also star.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: *** Not as great as the first season, but still a strong show. I was kind of bored in the beginning, but it recovered and grabbed me again. The first episode is one of the worst season premiers I've seen of any show in quite awhile. It almost lost me, but luckily I checked out the second episode and the season got better. Plus, I didn't really remember what happened in the season one finale so a "Previously on Big Love" would have been nice.
