{television} stargate sg-1; season seven (2003)

In the seventh season of the hit sci-fi series, Daniel Jackson (Michael Shanks) returns to human form and is discovered by the SG-1 team. Jackson soon returns to duty and helps in a fierce battle against Anubis. This five-disc collection assembles 19 episodes from the season, including the fan-favorite two-parter "Heroes" and the season finale cliffhanger "Lost City." The series is based on the 1994 theatrical release starring Kurt Russell.

ireviewnetflix.com rating: *** (Actually 3.5) Another great season from the cast and writers of Stargate SG-1. I can't get over how good this show is. It continues to amaze me how much I enjoy this show especially since I hated the movie. A rough season premier saw the return of Dr. Daniel Jackson and gave way to a decent season. Favorite episodes include "Fragile Balance," "Revision," "Avenger 2.0," "Grace," "Chimera," the excellent two-parter "Heroes," "Inauguration," an amazing clip show featuring Senator Kinsey, now the Vice President, trying once again to take over the Stargate Program by trying to convince the new President that the program is unsafe under General Hammond's command, and the excellent, two-part season finale "Lost City."
