ireviewnetflix.com rating: **** Aside from the disgusting operation scenes which I just can't stomach, this is a great show. The two leads are great and Roma Maffia whom I remember from Profiler is also a great addition. Jonathan del Arco (whom I remember from my childhood as Hugh from the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "I, Borg" is also wonderful in his memorable two episode guest stint as transgendered Sophia Lopez.
