The first two seasons of this hit ABC sitcom unfolds with an introduction to blue-collar factory worker George Lopez (played by comedian George Lopez in his television debut) and his extended Los Angeles family. The household comprises his wife Angie (Constance Marie), daughter Carmen (Masiela Lusha), son Max (Luis Armand Garcia), best friend Ernie (Valente Rodriguez) and George's overbearing mother, Benny (Belita Moreno).

Sometimes a stand-up comedian's comedy doesn't translate well to a sitcom, but Lopez's does and most of the shows success can be attributed to the supporting cast. Everyone in the supporting cast is wonderful and adds something to the show with their character, even the kids.
